I have been a Registered Nurse for over twenty-three years with my specialty being in Cardiovascular Nursing. I have a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine with a Cardiovascular Nursing Specialty. I have worked extensively in Cardiac Rehab as well as Sports Performance Clinics. I have been training individuals for endurance races and marathons as well as 5-10 k’s for over twenty years. I have held the position of Co-Athletic Director and have been teaching Indoor Cycling, along with a variety of various other fitness classes, for over eighteen years. I also hold the title of Master Spinning Instructor. In addition to the above I have developed and implemented a variety of “BootCamp” programs that have offered my clients a different form of “challenge”
