Carla PorterI am a 36 year old woman, wife, and mother. I have been a fitness enthusiast since highschool, however I started out my professional career on a very different path. During college, I found an interest in emergency medical care. It was a very exciting and rewarding career, but after my second child, I decided I wanted to stay closer to home. At that time, I left emergency medicine to become a full time stay-at-home wife and mother. Most importantly, during that time, I also rekindled my love of fitness. Losing baby weight was always a struggle for me, but I found with enough dedication I could lose that baby fat and more. Today, I am in better shape than I ever was before having children. Now, I get to help others achieve their own fitness goals.
